I recently bought a pet and it's name is so long I can't even pronounce it. So I wanted to change it and I got the filter of amnesia. I went and tapped on the pets name, went to manage pet and typed the new name I wanted, and it said I needed the filter to do that... but I have it. What happened?

To change a pet's name you need to go into it's profile, click on the green button that says "Genetic Philter", and select and use the Philter of Amnesia. After that the pet will go back to being Un-named and you can give it a new name.
