With Weirdmageddon and Bill defeated and Gravity Falls returned to 'normal', the older Pines twins headed off to finally take their long overdue sail around the world, looking for new anomalies. The younger Pines twins returned home to Piedmont, CA and began high school. Ten years later, they receive a call from their Grunkles; they've returned to Gravity Falls after receiving news of disappearances, from people and animals to cars and buildings. Bill is, obviously, suspected. But is it really him? Or is something much darker behind all these disappearances?

Dipper, as always, is very intelligent, with a tendency to overthink things. He's mellowed down over the years, but he can still blow things out of proportion, especially when he's anxious. He's a lot more relaxed around people, seeing no need for him to impress anyone. He's come to the realization that people will think what they think and that it has no bearing on who he actually is. He has the tendency to become frustrated when things don't go as smoothly as he wanted, but has gotten pretty good at hiding and getting over said frustration.
History:
After high school, Dipper started attending Piedmont Community College where he majored in Physics and earned his Bachelor of Science. He planned on heading back to get his Masters before he received the message from his Grunkles

Personality:
Lana is a pretty bold person, unafraid of speaking her mind. She's very independent, not a big fan of being ordered around or told what to do. This usually leads to a clashing of wills. However, she cares deeply for her family and would gladly do anything for them. She's loyal to a fault, impulsive, cunning, and sarcastic. She can also be a very warm and friendly person, though she's a bit of a pessimist.
History:
Born and raised by an undercover detective and a homicide detective, Lana grew up learning how to defend herself in any situation. Her mom, the homicide detective, signed her up for all kinds of martial arts classes, and Lana loved them. She eventually settled into mixed martial arts when she was in high school and has been with it ever since. She met Dipper at Piedmont Community College where she went for Psychology, and the two became fast friends. Dipper talked to her about Gravity Falls and his life there, and Lana taught him MMA fighting. When he got his Grunkles' message, he of course told Lana and she agreed to come with him.

Personality: Laid back, critical, skeptical about people, aloof to those who first meet her, and she is one of those people who can't be surprised by anything.
History: Her family is... not normal. Her grandmother was raised in Tanzania, Africa so Grandma Grace is quite weird at times(and is some-what obsessed with tigers). Kat's younger brother really takes after their grandmother... Her family are all believers in magic and the supernatural. It was in part to their influence that Kat became a part-time "Supernatural Detective".

Weapons?: She carries a hidden whip with her. Throughout all of her previous school life, she was in the best of the Rhythmic Gymnastics Teams.
