A template is digital art with full lines and shading that can be recolored. Generally a PSD or XCF file. ^^ Like this for example. It's usually split into layers with the line art at the top, shading, and then color layers.

No, I'm not really sure how to price it, or when it will be done. Computer hard drive failed so I need to redownload everything, including my Wacom tablet that I use to draw. So since my computer doesn't take disks, I have to use a plug in dvd thingie, but I can't find that. On top of that, I have others I need to work on, too, so probably a good while. So if you want to not do the request anymore, then that's ok.

I'll keep the request in for now and let know if someone is able to do it sooner. It's unlikely because I'm really picky on art style and don't have USD. Since most of the ones I like take USD or have full wait lists, I'll be waiting no matter who I go with and I think your style will be great for an Appa Dragon. ^^
