Hoarder dragons are being hunted to extinction by humans due to their natural instinct to find and hoard a certain type of object they feel attached to and their adaptions to help them. They have incredibly long lifespans, and won't die unless killed. Hoarders have resorted to going into hiding, and hoard not gems or jewels, but things that they deem as treasure, which could be anyone from very smooth and round rocks, to clocks or gears or shells. They take nothing of large value usually, and they evolve from when they are born to adapt to better their ability to collect items to add to their hoard. Eggs are laid in deep and hidden places, its very rare for a hoarder to have the same two parents, and even rarer for them to know their parents. Part of the reason killing a Hoarder is so easy is because they can evolve no natural defenses, and are borderline harmless.

Any abilities or powers your dragon has must make sense for their hoard (Ex: A dragon that hoard shells wouldn't have fire breath, they would evolve to breath fog for cover, and tails and gills for swimming)

Appearance: He's about the size of a gargoyle. His rock-hard scales are the color of stones. He weighs a lot. (Just picture him as like a dragon that looks like a gargoyle.)
Hoard: Statues(Gargoyles, Stone Angels, Figures, etc.)
Evolutions: He looks just like a realistic gargoyle. He weighs and feels as if he was made of stone. He can only glide because of his weight. He can sit perfectly still and not move or eat for days.
Other: He can be rather grumpy and grouchy to others. His face an be extremely scary at times(like the faces of the "Weeping Angels" from Doctor Who).

Appearance: Shiny bronze/copper scales, bright orange eyes, thin frame
Hoard: clocks, gears, anything that could be considered 'steampunk'
Evolutions: She is rather small for a dragon, not much larger than a very large Clydsedale, she is decorated in gears, metal sheets, pipes, etc., and she has a body as hard as very strong metal, and (she figured it out herself) she can fix all sorts of mechanical things
