Holly Flicked her tail as she walked the streets, it was another eerily quiet night and the villagers were growing thin and restless, but Holly was a bit out there and the silence was almost amusing. However when she entered the Tavern there was all the commotion there normally is. A smirk appeared on her face the one place she could act like herself with little repercussions. The Vixen took a seat at the bar swaying her tail to the tune and looking at all who were on the menu tonight....

Somehow, even though most of the town was quiet and scared, the Tavern was lively, and full of smiles
A Lupora walked up Holly, she had come to know him as Oswald, he was very kind and would often handle the food and drinks at festivities, although there hasn't been any festivals for awhile "Hello Holly, what could I get for you?" He asked with a kind smile, as he always did

Al was sitting next to Holly, he had never talked to her in the duration she had been in the town, in fact the only reason she knew his name was because Oswald had told her. He was ignoring everyone around him, with the same grumpy expression he always had

Holly gave a wide happy smile and tilted her head " a Iced Ale please!" she pipped before standing up on the stool to look at Al in the face trying to make the same grumpy expression as he did , but only ended up making herself Laugh " Sorry Al, I just felt like I had to try" she said leaving him to be even more grumpy if he so wished, but she stayed with her paws on the counter watching Oswald make her drink.

Al rolled his eyes like they were a pair of dice, he mumbled a few rude comments under his breath before chugging down his mug of ale

Oswald chuckled at her behavior, he poured her a mug of iced ale, he also placed a tiny umbrella in it "Here ya' go, one mug of iced ale" He placed the drink in front of her, he also offered her a bowl of lollipops and chocolate bars "Want some?"

Holly took a swig of her Ale before nodding and taking a lollipop as well " Thanks Ozzy" she said in a giddy tone before sitting down swaying her tail to the tune again enjoying her Ale and treat. After a moment and her first glass of ale she looked at Oswald her ears a little droopy showing that her Alcohol was setting in " Hey Ozzy, what do you think of the things happening around town?" she asked bluntly

He shrugged and put the bowl of treats back behind the bar "The killer could be many people, There's Evelyn, she seems okay, but no one really knows much about her, she apparently has a mate but no one has met them, and she's also a potionmaker and mage, which could give her many ways of escape... However there's also Atlas, she doesn't come around often but when she does, she causes trouble, I've heard she knows forbidden magic, there are even rumors that she moved into the forest because she murdered her family... And then there's that Zolnixi that lives in the forest, I've only ever seen her once"

Holly's ears Perked up at the mention of the Nixi she had never heard of seeming to sober a bit. " Where did you see this Nixi?" she asked her tail swaying the way it sis when she was normally up to something

"...In the forest, why do you ask?" He answered, raising an eyebrow "If you're thinking of bothering her, i'd suggest otherwise, she probably lives out there because she doesn't want to be bothered by other people"
