basically it is worth zero, up until it expires at the start of the next fortune festival and it becomes sellable from the inventory for maybe 100-1000 gold.
This is how it is for all festival currency- it's usable for as long as the specific festival shop remains open, and once that closes it's useless. It can't be sold through the inventory for gold until it shifts into its expired form once the fest starts again (thus unusable for the fest shop- all of it switches, including what was put into the fest shop that didn't get used, which gets returned to your inventory)- once it becomes expired you can sell them for a small amount of gold via the inventory.
