Akamar's Gijinka Shop
Please read entire post.
I'm rather intrigued by this game, and have a niece who's quite fascinated with several breeds of critters. That said, I'm perfectly willing to take currency and items (especially essences) as payment. However, as my rl financial need is great, real life currency commissions will be given preference and priority. That said, I don't expect many.
On to what I offer, and pricing. I can do critters, but to be fair, my strength is in humanoid figures. [/align]
SALE
$7usd, 700 diamonds... Honestly I'm not entirely certain of the exchange here, so whatever the equivalent in gold. Again, I'm happy to take essences, etc.
The price is per full figured character.
$30, 3k diamonds, or equivalent in gold/items etc
Price is per full figured character
$45, 4.5k diamond or equivalent in gold/items.
Price is per full figured character
** I know I'm expensive. I would apologize, but frankly I'm not sorry? I put a lot of time and work into my pieces, and I feel it shows. I'm also aware I'm rather well below standard for my skills.
I realize this may put me out of the price range of most people, but fear not. I'm willing and happy to work with you. I charge less for doodles, portraits, and so on. I'm also happy to mix currencies.
If you have a particular budget you're looking to keep within, just let me know, and we can work out some manner of deal.**

Ahhh such nice art! It's a pity I keep not having the money x.x You charge absolutely reasonable prices though and I'm SO happy to see another artist not afraid to charge proper prices, unlike all the 100 gold shops around here...

I thought so too. I may have to find something I can do for a few gold or diamonds, or unusual critters.. But I'm not sure what... Ah well. I really thought people would part with such, but I guess not.

I'm gonna ping a friend of mine over, he has some super cool looking AND powerful critters and he happily accepts art he likes :)
Hey Xav, is the stuff above to your liking? :D Maybe you two can chat about trading art for max stat pets, if Akamar is interested in them.
Oh, and Akamar.. once you finish the story in Umbra Woods, you can do dailies for about 10k gold per day :) And when you're done with the third Region, tasks become available that you can do every hour.
You can also do missions for gold, when you have appropiate mission pets!
These should suffice to earn gold for you. ^.^

Ah, Shiraishi... You do know me well! Thanks for pinging me here~
And hello Akamar! Welcome to Sylestia! I love your art O.O
The pricetags are definitely on the high end, but I think that may be because of a misunderstanding of the dollar-to-diamond rate so I'll try to clear that up for you? I put the prices you had posted in red so it'd be easier to see how they match up. I think you may have unintentionally added a decimal to the prices marked in diamonds.
(3k diamonds costing $30 would be more appealing than 30k diamonds costing $300 >.> )
As for values in gold, diamonds have sold for 2,000 - 3,000 each; lately, it's been closer to 2,000 - 2,500 each though sadly. The market ends up being crashed a lot...
As for me, I generally deal in Maxed Stats pets. Each species takes about 1-2 years to fully complete and the projects cost about 5,000-10,000 diamonds in total, but once it's done I can breed up as many as I want~ And they do sell quite nicely so eventually, I get the investment back.
A Maxed Stat pet is exceptionally useful for battles and for missions. Unlike a normal pet with around 100-300 health and 10-30 on its base stats, a Maxed Stats pet comes with 2,000 base health and 100 on every base stat, and that's at level 0 with no armor added. They are literal BEASTS.
If you're at all interested in trading artwork for some overpowered pets to help you through the game let me know! I've made sure to create a huge variety of colorschemes to suit just about anyone's taste, and I'm always adding more. I will note now that I only sell these pets as INFERTILE, however; otherwise I'd be handing someone a 10,000 diamond key to maxed stats success for cheap. (And I am not a fool.)
The full list of projects available can be found here:

(And as a bonus for a new player, I could probably tack on some exp orbs and a decent set of level 50-60 gear. ^^ )

Requires less patience with powerful pets ;) The missions are just for passive gain~

OH, that makes much more sense! It was late at the time, and I wasn't going to math. XD I'll adjust it briefly.
I might well be interested in some maxed pets. I understand the notion of selling them infertile and that's fine. I think the point of breeders should be to aim at a project, otherwise what's the point?
