Based on the idea humans are weird an aliens would be totally confused and alarmed at our behavior

So Here's The Story:
It's very very long into the future, aliens have finally connected with Earth, and have started to recruit humans to their teams. This is quite some time after that, maybe 20 years or so, some are experienced with working with humans, others are clueless, and need advice from the more experienced ones. Each crew should have at least 2 alien members, and recommended at least one human. You are free to completely make up an alien race, as long as they aren't overpowered, or use someone else's species of alien (With permission) Your crew will go around space and cross galaxies on mission to discover and colonize new planets, or make contact with new species.

Extra: As a Blue A'quirdrontiti, she is stronger than a human- she can bench press 560 pounds. She wears her hair in a fanciful, braided bun. Her clothes consist of a hard-leather-like, sleeveless, neck high top- a pair of pants made of the same material as her top- and tall boots made of the very same material. Her preferred weapons are the swords, spears, and staffs.

The A'quirdrontiti are a race of aliens from a planet that is eighty percent water and twenty percent land. They have the ability to change their legs into an aquatic tail and back. They have gills and lungs, so they can live on both land and water. They can withstand a lot pressure and cold on their bodies. Their senses are far better than a humans, sight(night vision included) and hearing in particular. The A'quirdrontiti are known to be beautiful creatures, both genders included.

There are four variants of the A'quirdrontiti- Blue, Yellow, Green, and Silver.

Blue: They are the warriors of the A'quirdrontiti, they are the bravest and strongest.

Yellow: They are the builders and artisans of the A'quirdrontiti, they are the smartest and cleverest.

Green: They make and find the food for the A'quirdrontiti, they are the fastest and have the most stamina.

Sliver: They are the leaders/royalty for the A'quirdrontiti, are the fairest and wisest of the other colors.
