Your dormant power circumstance is still not extreme enough. I would suggest something along the lines of "When someone she is close to is severely injured", or "When her life is in danger".

Appearance (might draw a reference): Shaggy dirty blonde hair thats sometimes tied up in a bun. Light, almost sickly pale skin and greyish blue eyes that faintly glow. Usually wears baggy, comfortable clothes (sweaters, sweatpants, beanies). Always has this exhausted, sludgey look.

Personality: Kind of an ******; apathetic towards situations that don't concern him/her or people he/she cares about and very smug when he/she wants to be. Also tends to be quite flirtatious (towards EVERYONE). He/She has difficulty letting people in, but when he/she does, Zoe doesnt let go.

Skills: Procrastination, hand-to-hand combat, appearing indifferent

Flaws: Cowardice when it comes to dealing with emotions, lazy, kind of an ******, flirtatious when at a loss on how to interact with people

*Crush/In a relationship?: Nope! But he/she is always on the lookout for "the one".

*Major Power: Intangibility and Invisibility - Zoe has the ability to remove him/herself from all senses, basically disappearing entirely. He/She can become invisible, phase through solid object, or both at the same time (but that's a little bit more draining).

*Minor Powers(Max. 2): Flight/floating - can fly or float a couple feet of the ground.

*Dormant Power: Shapeshifting - Zoe will become this unstable black ooze, the cross between a spirits celestial shapeshifting and physicality. This black sludge can morph into any sort of animal, but still appears not so solid. Is extremely painful, and Zoe usually has trouble controlling it.

*DP Circumstance: Usually breaks out when extremely panicked or close to death. He/She can control it if he/she is really focused, but its extremely painful, and instead Zoe opts for ignoring the ability completely.
