Hi, I've got a question regarding the copyright of Sylestia.
I know every design on here is owned by Sylestia. But are players allowed to use the generator and create adoptables for other websites that can be exchanged for in-game currency?
I've seen someone selling generated Sylesti designs as adoptables on dA and I figured I'd ask before I say something about it.

Imperium is 100% correct. That is copyright infringement. Not only is it illegal, but it is a guaranteed ban from Sylestia if you do it.
If you haven't already, please send me a PM with where it's at so that I can request a DMCA Takedown with Deviant Art.

Speaking of copy right
I was planning on using a design I made put on some boxing gloves and have the web site put on the like an advertiser. Because the would be used in his Tournaments. Would that be ok?

No. As you would be using our artwork without our consent.
You can share your designs or Sylestia artwork around the internet as long as you claim that the work displayed is owned by Sylestia and link back to our Site.
However, you cannot sell or use our artwork for other things and especially not without our consent, which we almost always will not give. =P
