I'm kinda new here and was just wondering, why am I unable to join the seasonal Festival? Is it just me? Or....

actually you missed the recent seasonal festival (spring festival). the event now is the patriotic event. nobody can enter the seasonal festival area unless it is the spring,summer,autumn,winter festivals. the patriotic event happens in the 3rd region on the world map

not really i would be actually like level 36 right now because i had a level 49 i used it for a quest that made it level up then that made me level 50
