I know it's probably a long shot, but I was wondering if anybody knows if the Restricted traits are allowed with the Greater Genetic Mutator, or only the regular traits like the generator allows? Thanks :)

Greater Genetic Mutators are only for regular traits. Restricted Traits are possibly available through restricted trait disruptors and Valentine Lace/Lucky Dust are available through their very own mutators.
