Help! I think it might be a bug or a glitch or something, but I had collected all five of the stolen supplies. I went to visit the Quest Log to complete it, and I found it still under "In Progress" with 5/5 supplies retrieved. I had, at first, thought nothing of it. If I had left to go back to Viridian Point, I thought I would wander around a bit to see if anything would happen. I opened a crate, and to my surprise, found a sixth stolen supply. I went back to the Quest Log, and it is still under "In Progress" with a 6/5 supplies collected. And I would provide a screenshot, but I can't, as I am playing this from a Wii U, and I can't take screenshots on it. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. (Could that be the issue?)
