Haven't some of us thought that Valentine Lace/Lucky Dust would look awesome on exclusive themed pets, and were disappointing that we can't put them on/disrupt them with it?

I absolutely second this! I have nearly a complete collection of Gladiolus Buns that would love Lace and Lucky dust to be on them >.<

I could see this being implemented as it working like a mutator on a regular pet, but being like a disruptor on an exclusive pet (not sure if that's workable, but I think it would be the best implementation if it is). Then if we used it on an exclusive, the exclusive would lose one random, visible trait but would gain the lovely/lucky trait that we wanted from the mutator.
