When you breed two themed sylestie of the same theme, is there a chance they will produce a tagged offspring?

Tagged pets do not produce Tagged offspring- Tagged pets are solely obtained from things like Festival Zones/ Contest Boards/ Seasonal Events like the Garden/ special pet revamp sales/ beating Dungeon of Forsaken's boss really fast.
If two pets of the same theme breed, their offspring is considered PureBred/PB, and same for PB offspring bred with another PB of the same theme- but they will never produce a tagged offspring, though they are considered to be that theme as a "PB Themed"
