Good Gosh I'm Sorry >.< i lost Internet late night on the 16th so i wasn't able to judge anything for the 17th.and i didn't get it back till this morning :(
You guys had fantastic designs! it was so hard to choose. but with a little help from roommate votes I have chosen the winners and they are up on post 3 on the first page. I will send prizes out shortly.

No need to apologise, I know what it's like to lose the internet at the most annoying of times -also, thank you for choosing mine for first place.
Dragonborn Earthling:
I envision her to be one of the last Dragonborn, Dragonborn's being those who are born connected to a dragon, each dragon representing various things in life; either of the five elements, light or dark, emotions, etc. Each person connected to a dragon is brought up as a Dragonborn in the confounds of a sacred monastery of such, separated from their birth parents, as the birth parents are more often than not human beings and unknowledgeable of the ways of the Dragonborn. All of those who are connected to a dragon have a telepathic connection with them and have similar to, though not as strong, the magic of their connected dragons.
Her dragon is of the earth element.
Sleeping Easy:
I imagine him to have the powers of sleep and dreams, instead of using brute force, or even words, he simply glides his staff over the heads of those who are villains, sending them to sleep, some, depending on the acts they've done, never wake up, he's not the talking type and may even be considered a mute. He's calm and a loner. He can also control people's dreams, all being peaceful and what they desire the most, even those who never wake up from his spell.
Mind Yourself:
I feel like she'd have the powers of mind control, drawing the corrupt in by her angelic features, giving them a false sense of security and calmness around her, before carefully setting a very well manicured finger upon their foreheads, marking them with a baby pink spell sigil, the sign of her magic. But don't be fooled by her deceiving looks, as she is a Wolf in Sheep's clothing; she is brutal in the retribution of the bad, sometimes killing them herself, forcing them to kill themselves, or if there are a group of villains, she forces the one to kill the rest, letting them wake up from their state of mindlessness to see what they've done before killing them with their last visual being those close to them having died at their own hand.
I'll be adding more designs later.
