I really want my design turned into a pet! Here is what it would look like on the list of pets:

Anyway, if it does...
The pattern that starts as blue and turns into yellow, then blue, then ending at the fin as yellow would be called swirls. The parts that are blue in the image depend on the eye color, and the yellow in the image depends on the gene 1 color.
The tiger stripes are obviously called tiger stripes. They are in the gene 2 section.
The lightning bolt on the body is called, well, lightning bolt. It is the 3rd gene.
The battery is mutation one. It is obviously called battery.
The lightning bolt coming out of the tail is called tail spark, and it is the 2nd mutation.
The water coming from the blowhole is called geyser. It is mutation 3.
