So I recently tried to add my new level 60 Blue Lagoon Kelpari to my party but I got a notification that said he was to high a level to command, which I don't understand.
If we can level sylestie's up 75 how are we supposed to that if we can't use them in the party after 60?

It means that you personally cannot control sylesties of that level yet. I'm not sure how to raise your personal level cap though.

You can only control pets that are the same level as your user level, or lower.
Your user level is based on the highest level pet you levelled up.
So for now, you can only use the level 60 pet for missions, until you've reached that level as well.
