There are a few exceptions of course. The ones with an element or whatever it's called (attribute? I don't even know) are party pets. They aren't for sale. These include:
Lila
The dragon vulnyx (can't remember it's name right now)
Mystic flare
Pheo
Mystic Dawn
And Universia
Galixia also isn't for sale because I use her to breed with Universia.
Tell me which pet you want and we will negotiate a price.
If you want, I can give you an offspring from Universia and Galixia.
