The first 2 pages of my hatchery all have hatchlings for sale and many have vis genes. I don't know if they are just too young, but I can't scan for the mutations so I don't know what they are.

I breed every species in the game and all prices are under 5K, many 1K even though many were hard to find unrelated parents for.
