She knew why he was like that. "Something I said." And ran after him. She tried to catch up saw him ahead. She raced in front of him, stopping him. "Hey, I'm sorry. Didn't know they were a touchy subject for you. I've been there, I know. I was there when it happened to me." She put her hand on his shoulder.

"It's fine," he practically whispered. He thought back on the moment he met someone from the ccg and the blood rushed from his face, turning him white. " I need to lie down! " he whispered, walking around her and staggering towards his room. He stumbled through the doorway and slumped down on his bed, leaving the door side open.

She hung in he doorway. "Just, keep your mind off them, okay?" She said with a hint of worry in her voice. "I need to check on my... thing..." she walked to her room and checked if her mask was still under the bed. She breathed a sigh of relief when she saw it there and decided to put a whole bunch of stuffed animals around it, making it impossible it see. She tacked all her Jackal pictures to her wall and ran to find Talyn.

Kuro lay back in his bed, breathing heavily, trying to calm himself down. He ran his hand through his hair and released it, letting it call against his forehead. His hand wandered to the phone sitting beside his bed and he plugged in a pair of headphones. Music had always helped him calm down.

Talyn stood silently in the hall, staring blankly in the directions they had both gone. "Did they leave me?" They asked themself, rather confused. "Am I like the third wheel here or something?" They began to feel awkward just staring at an empty hallway, so they turned around and began to walk.

She remembered that they left Talyn and ran to find them, calling their name. "Talyn? Taaaaaalyyyyyyyyyyyn!" She ran around the school looking. She ran into them and fell back a bit. "Oh, good, I found you." She breathed a sigh of relief. "I had to find Kuro, sorry" she was breathing a bit heavily.

"It's fine, I get it." Talyn replied. " what was wrong with Kuro? Is he okay? " they asked, a concerned look upon their face.

"I must have stirred up some old memories. He'll be fine." She bit her bottom lip, she didn't want to share any extra information about her... past. She bit her bottom lip. "C'mon, I can show you my dorm." She ran to her dorm and ran the water in her bathtub to wash to blood down before they saw. She made sure there was no sight of the mask and waited for Talyn at the door.

"Okay, if you're sure he'll be fine." They followed after her, happy to be invited somewhere. They tried to catch up not wanting to be left behind. When they finally arrived she was waiting out of the door they offered a smile.

She smiled back and led him inside. Nothing much there but it was something. It was painted black with sprays of red paint on the walls like blood, which was just paint this time, a black desk, and a black bed, complete with black covers and black pillows. Her guitar that she owned was hanging on the wall. Her Jackal pictures and tack board were hanging above her desk and on the other walls were posters of famous punk bands like Green Day, Offspring, that kind of stuff. She had one of a Jackal and one that was covered by some paper. It was taped down pretty good, like she didn't want anyone to see it. There was a door that led to the kitchen/ dining room area and a door to the bathroom. A doorway with no door led to her living room which had her tv, black furniture, and a black rug. She sat on her bed and grabbed her covers. "It's not much but at least it's something to live by."

She goes over to her Jackal poster, puts a hand on it, then puts her forehead on it affectionately. She turns to Talyn and says "Would you like something to eat?" And takes a step towards the kitchen area.
