At the city, there is a store, buy snare traps there. Can't remember the name of the city, but of course it's in the explore thing.

there are shops where you can buy snares in each of the major towns
Esior's Haven market sells Lesser snares
Sanctuary of Saerielle market sells lesser and standard
Ethernia, lesser, standard, and strong
Diamond shop or trade broker for masterful
You can also get lesser/standard/strong from the merchants in the festival zone
