Just wondering how may other college students are on here. What are are you studying and what are your plans after graduation?
I'm a college senior now whoop! My major is Psychology and my minors are Criminal Justice and Paralegal Studies. After graduation I'm planning on going to Law school. I'm studying for my LSAT now. I'm not sure what type of Law I'd like to practice, but I'm considering Family Law or something involving medicine.

I'm not in College yet... however, I am VERY interested in majoring in Psychology. So, I just have a few questions...if you don't mind answering. x3
What College are you attending currently? I'm looking into Colleges that offer Psychology and I'm very curious about it. ^^
I do plan on being a counselor, or a Therapist... perhaps even a Psychologist. I always found an interest in that field.
Second, do you enjoy Psychology? Any advice you could give out for it? Did you find it difficult?
Just a freshman in High School, I know... but it's never too early to start thinking about colleges. x3
In any case, those are all very interesting courses. I thought about attending Law school or taking courses in Criminal Justice, but those eventually became my fall-back for when Psychology wasn't successful. x3

College kid here also :3 Senior year and last semester, so I get to find the joys of figuring out how to graduate. I'm in the general studies program and my school, which has changed a LOT since I joined into it. When I joined, you were told to just pick three minors and that would be your major. Now they have groups you can pick from, and you have to convince the person in charge of the degree that you should be let into the degree plan.
The minors I choose were Psychology and Sociology. Computer Science I defaulted into because I had so many credits in it already because it was what I was changing majors from.
I wish I could have just been a Sociology with a Psychology minor...

Junior in college here. I'm majoring in English with a minor in ENL (which, for all intents and purposes, is just a fancy, new way of saying ESL). I plan to teach English in Japan (or Korea if Japan just doesn't work out for some reason). I'm in my second year of Japanese, but I'm still very new to it, and I feel like I could use a lot more immersion as far as speaking goes.
I considered taking Psychology as a second major, but with having so much to do as is, I decided to hold off until I could focus more time into it.

College senior, got one more class to go which unfortunately isn't offered till spring quater so I'll have to hang around till June. I'm thinking I'll enroll part time and try to pick up another job since the chocolate store I work at reduces hours closer to summer.
Anyways, I'm an ecology and evolutionary biology major focusing on terrestrial ecology and conservation. I'm working with Peregrine falcons and will hopeful start doing releases and hatchling tagging in spring. I'm taking a year or two off before grad school in part to see if I can get a job with the falcon program or maybe join the Peace Core. I'm also just tired of writing papers. I want to get some field work under my belt and travel some more.
I've also been taking sailing for the last 3 years and am working on getting my captain license in that time. Hopefully I can get it before I have to go to school again

I'm in grad school, going for a master's in library science. I weighed a ton of different options for my life after undergrad before deciding on an MLS, from trying to pursue a career as a professional writer (and getting an MFA) to joining the Peace Corps. I'd still like to write, but I don't think a future as a children's librarian is going to hurt that (quite the opposite, actually). :3

I'm a graduate student pursuing my PhD in neuroscience. I majored in cellular neuroscience in undergrad, but went in to college thinking I was going to go pre-vet or bioengineering. Didn't have a very high opinion of psychology until I took a class with this wonderful psychology professor at Barnard. That got me interested in studying the biology of how the brain works. As far as good colleges for psychology, it depends on the type of psychology you're interested in pursuing. Overall, Barnard, Stanford, Johns Hopkins, and University of Michigan Ann Arbor have good psych undergrad. I think Duke does as well.

I'm also a graduate student, plowing through my last year of school and studying tax. I technically already have my 150 hours for the CPA exam requirements, so the actual degree is more of a flourish now.

I'm a Hispanic Studies major in my senior year. If my college offered a minor in Psychology I would have it. We don't though so I'm without a minor I go to Oberlin College and love our pysch program. It's set up so you can do research and even get published as an undergrad. We don't have any grad students here so all classes are taught by profs and there are no grad students competing to get places in a research group.
I'm thinking about teaching when I get out this year but I might also go for a Masters or PHD after taking a year off to save up some money.
