Okay 2 questions:
1. Does Sylestia have signatures where you can advertise something? Like something from the game Dragon Cave?
2. If yes to the one above, how do you put it there?

No, there's no way to set up a signature such that it automatically generates at the end of each post.
I suppose, if someone was so inclined, they could manually add stuff to the end of each of their posts. Question if this may fall foul of the spam prohibitions in the ToS though.

No, there is no signature option in Sylestia. And you're not allowed to advertise for other games on this site as well, as stated in the terms of service.
