It's kind of a pain constantly moving the mouse back and forth between enemies and end turn button. We already have keyboard shortcuts, why not add another? Press enter (or another key, it doesn't matter to me), and end the turn? I know it's silly, but if you battle a lot it can add up.

What you are after... is the 'e' button.
Which was previously the End Turn button in the Ethernia zones and is now the End Turn button in all zones.
