How do you make your hatchling turn into and adult ?

They will turn into adults when they reach the right maturity. Maturity is counted in hours and can only be accurately seen in the image url if the pet is genetically tested.

Pets reach the next stage at these hours of maturity:
Hatchlings > 72
Adolescents > 216
Adults > 648


You can speed up the maturity at the different stage by doing these:
Eggs > nurturing (every 5 nurtures increase maturity by 1 hour)
Hatchlings > page views (every 2 views increase maturity by 1 hour)
Adolescents > magical pie (every pie increase maturity by 144 hours, with a 72 hour cool down between usage)

So you can use these different methods to age your pet faster, or you can leave them alone, and they will become an adult in time.
