Yeah, I'm kinda an ameture and wanna learn how to sew/knit/crochet to make my outfits cheaper and much more do able. I have a Kirigiri cosplay from danganronpa, and I plan to do a casual Prompto cosplay. But does anyone know how to make a dragon arm, or a way I could make my arm more reptilian?

I don't know how to sew, nit or crochet (and I have to admit that I don't know who or what Prompto is) but if you want to make your arm more reptilian and your are not bad at drawing painting or if you have a friend who is good at that and could help you, have you considered using body paint? (+ fake nails maybe?)
Or latex? (if your not allergic to it, as some people are)

I would suggest using fake nails as scales.

I sew my own cosplay costumes. They're really difficult, but if everything goes well, you'll be really happy with your results.

Because I'm lazy, I just find good cosplays or parts of cosplays to buy online, I'm going to cosplay as Lillie from pokemon Sun and moon. When I told my mom about it she called me white trash :/
Also, for a decent scale effect, get some sort of fishnet material, like those arm things, then paint it over your arm, it leaves a fairly okay scale effect.
