Reports say that...tour...disappeared early Friday morning...foul play suspected The radio buzzed as the engine hummed on. The mountains in the surrounding area made it hard for any signals to reach the inside of the vehicle even as it bounced down the ragged road. A man sat in the driver's seat of the military issued truck, a cigarette hanging from his mouth. He was a man in his early sixties, with a receding hairline and a stubble of a beard. It was almost as if all the hair upon his head was migrating to his chin one hair at a time even if one couldn't tell by just looking at him. All in all he looked like a man that had seen some rough times, with his eyes that were surrounded by dark, tanned wrinkled skin as they threatened to sink so far back in his head that soon they would disappear all together. One could be sure that he was missing at least half of his teeth if not more, not to mention that the cigarette he was sucking on seemed to be one mixed with a few herbs of a different making. The shirt that covered his rather boney body was as ragged as the road they drove upon aside from the fact that it probably held more dirt than the road ever had. His shotgun partner, for not only was he perched in the shotgun seat but the valued weapon sat between his legs, was in about the same shape though at least he still had hair and teeth even if it held enough grease to fuel the truck they drove in. For safety reasons the gun had been propped open so the caps of the red and brass shells shine in the light that was allowed to drift through the trees that densely populated the side of the mountain. Didn't want it to go off on a bump that is.
"Hey Alex, you think we should film the intro in the truck?" The man in the back seat asked after having set up the camera. "I mean it's a bit bumpy but still."

Alex turned to look at the man and paused for a moment thinking then replied, "Yeah that way we'll have more time for the rest of the filming. Even if it is a bit bumpy, it makes it more realistic right?" Alex smiled at her partner and glanced towards the camera. She was really excited for this one, it would make a great story and hopefully it would turn out good.

(Sorry it's so late my sister came in to bother me and wouldn't leave.)

With that the man, formerly known as Symon, raised the camera with a hand. "Right ready when you are." He said giving her the thumbs up. They had planned this for weeks, at least the fact that they were going to be taking a trip. This was new though, yet it was still fun. A bit of an adventure for the family of two.

Alex nodded and spoke "Ready." The camera began recording and Alex began her introduction, it was well regarded and flowed from her tongue. She became lost in the words and her thoughts drifted towards the missing tour and a sense of excitement buzzed in her stomach, spreading to her face. Alex lived for this feeling, going off with Symon to film another event but she got the feeling that this one would be the biggest yet.

"Great, but save some for the show." Symon chuckled putting the camera away before looking out the window. "So you really think this will be our wildest adventure yet?" He asked again fiddling with the camera.

Alex grinned at him and said " But I just love talking about this and yeah! It's going to be the best one yet!" Alex's eyes wandered to the scenery outside, the trees towered over the road. "This going to be amazing" She whispered, sighing in content.

"I'm glade someone thinks that." Symon said under his breath before again turning to his work on the camera. It was some five minutes later that the truck pulled to a stop.
"This is far as we go." The driver muttered in his grumbling voice.
"Thank you." Symon said reluctantly before gathering his pack and pulling it on over his shoulder. Once out of the car he could fee the heat of the day rising to its peak. "Who would have though Russia could be hot?"

Alex pulled her backpack onto her shoulders an hopped out of the truck. Alex fanned her face and said "Yeah, it is really hot! Well we should probably start walking then." Pulling at her backpack strap she started walking forwards, she couldn't wait to get there but in the bottom of her stomach she felt a small feeling of fear. Pushing it down, she decided it was probably nothing.

"You walk and I'll film." Symon said pulling the camera up to his face. "I will say this is very beautiful, despite the heat."

Alex nodded and continued walking, as she walked, Alex would occasionally point ahead and say we are just going over there. Finally they stopped "Okay this is where they were last seen."
