I paid the Healer in Esior's Haven 648 gold to heal my pets. The money was deducted but the pets were not healed.

@Zevria,
While this shouldn't happen, it may be due to old code. In the near future, Esior's Haven will be recoded to use newer code where that should be even less possible.
I will return the gold to your account as that's all I can really do about it at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience.
