I am having some trouble finding out how to send someone gold, can anyone help me?

You can't send gold directly. You'll need to ask them to send you a really cheap item (most people use Fairy Mushrooms) and when they send you the item you ask them to put whatever amount you're giving them as the CoD Fee.

To send an item, they'll have to go to their inventory, click the item, and click the envelope under the inventory tab. There will be a popup, and they have to input the username of the player they want to send to, and the amount of gold the other player has to pay.
