Story Competition:

(This is based on my sylesti designs above. It's more like a description.)

Beneath a blooming tree lay a sylesti, it's spotted fur and woodland colours stuck out amongst the pink blossoms of the cherry tree above. Beside it lay a smaller sylesti with a coat of blossoms, the shades of pink much like the tree above it. As the Sylesti's grew tired they just settled their positions and stared towards the horizon. Over the mountains in the distance that stretched out for miles, the sun began to set, colours, warm and bright washed over the sky as the sun let out it's final hurrah. Then all was dark and only the moon left to light the land around. The nights were nippy, biting at their skins but it was worth it to see another beautiful spring day that signalled the beginning of summer.
Light flooded into the closed eyelids of the Sylesti's in their sleeping state. This meant they couldn't see the morning glory befallen before them. Sunlight ran through the trees dappling the rivers below in a beautiful pattern of dark and light. The mountains were mucky prettier as the sun shines off them, the rocks seemed almost alive, reaching towards the skies like a giant. Wind rushed through the forest and echoes spread around as if the trees were whispering to one and other, spreading the secrets they had to tell. In the land only one place held the dark of winter and despair of death, only one could tell of hardship and pain. That was a place that none could go. Beyond the sunlit mountains, the rivers that meander. Even beyond the dead volcano to never let out a puff of smoke. In the farthest reach of land itself teetering over the sea, it sat, a horrid place, to remember why you suffer.
The sylestis awoke from their slumber to gaze at the horizon, it's blue background, spreading out before them and the green grass that grew towards the mountains. In the wind the cherry blossoms blew outwards, over the sylestis like pink rain covering the green in a vibrant flowery layer. Spring was the best time for these specific sylestis. Light travelled through the trees in the distance causing long shadows that stretched out, soon the shadows would be tiny as the sun reached the middle of the sky. Sighing in content a puffadore stood up, it's pink fur ruffling in the breeze. As it faced the direction of the wind, it's eyes closed slightly, wavering and off it went, travelling back to it's family.
