Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I've been wondering for a while whether or not choosing to fight combats instead of running advances your "progress" bar to the next dungeon event faster than just running. I've progressed on a few dungeons by Exploring and instantly fleeing from everything, but it just feels so...slow..
How do you guys usually go about clearing your dungeons?

When I do dungeons I just battle everything I run into and don't flee.. sorry not much help.
