Is that in a part of the world that I don't have access to quite yet, or is it in some part that I should have access too?

@Sangfleur,
Faerina's Shrine is a zone in Umbra Forest that you will be able to access once you complete all the quests in Viridian Meadows.

Haha, literally after I made that topic, I completed the last quest in Viridan, and opened Umbra XD.
