frost, flew down and snatched a mouse that was nibbling on a seed,she laughed. ''pathetic little critters'' she laughed once again.

Rey flew around and she dived down closer to the forest floor. She dug her claws into a unsuspecting mouse.

SnowFlake preened her feathers, keeping an eye open for any prey larger than those scraggly mice. Finally spotting a hare devouring the plants outside of its burrow, SnowFlake flew behind it silently. It stepped a bit forward to chew more plants, and when it was about 2 feet from the burrow SnowFlake flew at it, claws extended. It barely had time to react as she gripped it hard by the throat, snapping it. Smiling pleasantly at her catch, she flew back the Pure One's camp.

Was was watch always so boring? Stuff was happening every time he wasn't the one watching. Puffing out his chest feathers he settled upon his branch. Still nothing. When would the patrolled back? It seemed like it had been ages since they had brought any hatchlings back for them to torment. Sure beat picking out flecks yourself anyway. A sudden movement caught his eye though he settled when he found it was simply one of their own. With a hoot he called out. "Have you seen the chaw? They should have returned by now!"

SnowFlake landed by Bramble and hooted. "I haven't seen them, but I'll go check." She dropped the hare by him. "Have some, you'll need your strength or you'll die of boredom here" She said as she flew off.

Frost let out a churr one she saw the rabbit "nice catch" she hooted thinking it was bramble who caught it. "Soon the gahoole tree will be ours" she churrd, "will you tell all the pure ones to meet at the hollow for a meeting?"frost asked and puffed out her chest.

With a glared he watched her leave before pushing the hare away. He could hunt for himself, no charity would be taken from others. Again puffing of his chest feathers he swallowed his own disgust before keeping a watch for the female to return. Why we're all the Owls here female? There seemed to be an abundance of female owls to their low numbers of males. It was utterly strange to be honest. When Frost approached he nodded his head. "Everyone I see that is. No much has been happening around here lately, though the chaw hasn't returned yet, and I'm a bit worried."

SnowFlake half flew half drifted across a few currents of warm air as she kept an eye open for the chaw. Not spotting them, she took a quick patrol on the area and then flew back. She landed with her right talons on the rabbit. She came as close to "raising an eyebrow" as an owl could and then said "I haven't seen the chaw, and nothings off at the border.". With that, she picked up the rabbit in her talons and flew off.

Grumbling he looked to the barn owl that had set beside him. "See what I mean? Something about the whole situation makes my feathers crawl. It doesn't seem right that they aren't back yet."
