Most eggs will take 72 hours to hatch. You can see how far along it is on the pet's profile page, at the bottom, there's a bar with a __/72.
When the egg reaches 72 hours, it's ready to be hatched. You can then help it hatch (give some health), or let it hatch (give a random stat), or use a philter on it (gives the amount of stat stated by the philter). If the egg is ready to hatch, and you don't do anything, it'll auto hatch in 24hours, without any extra stat.
When your pet is nurtured, every 5 clicks will give it an hour.
