The above quote was found in Sylestia's ToS. I don't understand it very well, not that it's unclear - I just have a hard time understanding more "lega" terms. My question is, does this mean we can sell Sylestia stuff for USD/etc? Or only irl goods, such as plushies and stuff that can be shipped? Or am I completely misinterpreting this?

The ToS is referring to in game assets, like pets or items.

You can't sell the site's assets, which would include our artwork, designs, etc.

So no, you can't make Sylestia plushies and commercially sell them, as an example.

Yep. That is exactly why that ToS rule is there. =)

In game stuff: actual pets, avatar items, other items, Gold, etc. All of those can be sold for whatever you want. However, if it happens outside of the game's mechanics, it's at your own risk and we will not assist you if you do not receive what you are owed.

So if you sell a pet for USD and don't receive the USD, there is nothing that we can do about it as the transaction was entirely at your own risk.
