okay so, i had just bought an Exceptional Genetic Testing Kit for my bf but where it says "Mail Item to Player" it's greyed out. Same goes for the Exceptional Genetic Scanner (though, i didn't buy that one). Had this always been a thing where you can't buy these items for other people? ;^;
Alright, i see that i should have seen the "Not Tradeable Item" written on it before hand. Never Mind! >w<

genetic testing kits are not tradeable
