"So there are others here?" Sara asked looking from one of the nixies to the other. "Where are we?"

The puff looked at the bird. "Excuse me sir, do you happen to know where this is?" Ezio asked in a rather gruff voice. He held a slight Italian accent on his voice clearly he was from another country.

"Dead?!" Sara asked shocked. She looked at the two then down at her own laws.
How could she be dead?! She was still thinking so how was she dead?!

"You must be mistaken, I'm not dead. I'm on my way to see my family and just seem to be a bit lost." Ezio said. He didn't like the sense of humor the bird was using.

Loki groaned in a hollow voice, and opened his eyes. "Lara? Lara?" An image flashed through his purple head. Lara no! Don't, please! Don't die! He shuddered on the brink of tears. He then realized he couldn't cry. Feeling light he stared at his arms. They were semi translucent and pale. A wave of fear crashed down on him. Was he dead, too?

Lara heard Loki's cries pierce through her ears. She opened her eyes with sluggishness. "Loki? Loki!" She spotted her twin staring at his own arms. She realized he was drained of color and semi translucent. She stared at her own arms and realized the same.

They were dead. They ran towards each other and held hands. They muttered for a moment and stopped staring up at a small island, guessing this was a possible clue to get back to the land of the living they floated upwards and landed at the door of a hut. Lara and Loki knocked wearily.

Lara let out a silent scream as she and Loki plummeted downwards. Remembering she could float she hovered midair catching her hollow breath.

Loki yelped and copied what Lara had done taking a sigh of relief. He studied the terrain below him and spotted two zolnixi and a lupora.

Excited they both flew towards the group and landed behind them in some pale bushes, watching and listening.
