I constantly see people with tittles. How do I get one?

By competeing in contests. And other ways, but I don't remember.

A few ways. Some you win in contests. Others you can unlock by achieving certain things during events. One of the titles, "Lucky Leprechaun" has an item that you can buy on the broker.

Most titles can only be earned during festivals.
Some you have to earn, by finding a certain amount of items, or participating a certain amount for an event. Others you win/find by luck during the festival. While others are earned when you participate in official forum games.
The current festival has no titles to be won.
Outside of festivals, you can earn Aspiring Gladiator and Adept Gladiator by fighting in the arena in the 3rd region.
