SO my sylestis age keeps changing. Yesterday she was at age 23 and now today she is 12 days. I am really confused. Also quick question, when do Sylestis become adults?

Age is just the amount of real time that has passed since the pet was created. There is no way for it to go backwards as the time stamp never changes after the pet is created.
Sylestis become adults at 648 maturity hours, or roughly 27 days from a brand new Eggling.
