Introduction:
A volcanic explosion leaves the alien planet of Oliua in ruins. The planet's inhabitants had either left the planet, or stayed and perished. However, the animal inhabitants had survived. Oliua has now been overrun by wild animals. Some have even moved into the houses. The explosion caused radioactive waste to pollute the skies, making some animals mutate. A dark force haunts the land, forcing the animals to band together into one large civilization in the Star Forest. Can the animals work together to fight off the darkness, or will they perish like the planet's previous inhabitants?

Syphira's paws ached as she padded down the desolate asphalt road. It had been a long time since the explosion, sixty years to be precise, and she still remembered it like it was yesterday. Volcanic ash and lava spraying from the mountain, the sky as black as night. It seemed as if Hell had moved to the surface of Oliua. Oliuians ran all around her, screaming in sheer terror. Her head was knocked against a stone, and she had blacked out... Syphira shook the haunting memory from her mind, willing herself to forget.
"Stop thinking about that, Syphira." she said to herself. It was getting late. She quickened her pace towards the village in the vast Star Forest.

Tikki trotted along the stone beam overlooking a walkway to what used to be the entrance of an old church like building. The walkways columns and archways were still intact and sturdy, just covered in moss and decayed briers. The entrance However had not been so lucky, it was blocked by large pieces of stone and rubble. This was Tikki's Favorite place as not many other animals could slip through the tiny openings in the stone, and the Inside was big and quiet. There were also tones of materials here, but she dare not take them all back at once. she sighed when she reached the pile of rubble that acted as a door and slipped through a small gap. The room she entered was large ad spacious and the table near the front was littered with books and wax candles, as well as a blanket and a scarf.

Syphira padded out of her den. A few bear cubs with long fur dance round her legs.
"Tell us a story Syphira!" they begged.
"I've got to eat first." she said, walking around them. She walked over to the feasting hall, a large hollowed out tree, and took a plumb squirrel out of the pile. As she sat there, munching on her food, a small wolf, only twenty-four moons old, ran towards her.
"Syphira, we've got intruders on the border! The Dark Creatures are launching another attack!" he said.
Syphira ran out the door, abandoning her kill.
"Round up all the warriors, she said to, Pa'uan, the wolf scout who had alerted her. He nodded and sped off into the Warrior Cave, his two tails waving behind him.

Pa'uan walked over to her.
"The Dark Creatures are attacking the border, we need all warriors and hunters to fight. The Darkness never gives up, you know." the small wolf said.

"Good. The Darkness obviously will do the same. All the warrior/hunters will head to the border." Pa'uan said.
A group of fighters stood in the middle of the clearing, pacing anxiously. Then Star Forest's leader, Kona, jumped onto a tree branch, and addressed the group from above.
"The Darkness comes to attack us once more." he growled. "We cannot let them triumph over us! They will slaughter every cub, kit, and creature without mercy. We cannot let the Darkness win! We all know that the Dark Creatures are not animals like us. They may look it, but they are not. Do not hold back, do not show mercy." as Kona said the last word, his eyes flitted towards Pa'uan. It was known through the village, that Pa'uan had let a Dark Creature go, not having the heart to kill it. Kumbaru, a white bear, had died when the monster suddenly turned on them. Pa'uan bowed his head in humiliation. "We set out within the hour. You may say your good-byes." the leader said, before jumping off the branch and slinking back into his den.

An hour passed, Kona had rounded up his troops. They all wore metal claw or talon guards that were razor sharp.
"I'm so excited!" Pa'uan said.
"Remember, this isn't a game. People die, not on one side, but on both." Syphira said to the small, white wolf.
"But I have that feeling, like we're going to win! I know it!" he exclaimed.
Syphira rolled her eyes.
"Don't be stupid, only Kona has been blessed with future sight from the ancestors." Syphira growled.
"Then it's instinct!" the little wolf said, bouncing around.
Suddenly, a conch shell was blown.
"TIME TO MOVE OUT!!!" Kona yelled.

Flamme ran her horns sharpened and had a special iron casing on. She had been given metal claws and she left a trail of smoke behind her.
