Im really confused about this but here we go...
visible (AA) + carried ( AA) = carried (AA)
but if theres one visible and one carried wont it make a visible gene? ^^;

Not necessarily. A visible (AA for example) and a carried (NA, again an example - N is used as a blank gene point on Sylestia), can result in a 50/50 chance of either AA or NA (visible A gene or carried A gene respectively). Each parent contributes one of their two gene points per slot, so the parent with AA obviously has to give an A, but the parent with NA will give either an N or an A, resulting in the 50/50 possibility.
