For reason I'm missing Assorted accessories on the snow building. Recently bought 20 and overview says they were sent over, but the snow build says I have none. No matter how many assorted accessories I receive, it still shows as me having 0 and because of it I can't make any more pets.

Looks like something glitched at some point when you either used or traded them away.
You do indeed have 44 and they should now be displaying correctly. =)
