I have tried at least three times now to play a game with another user. I send or accept a game request, and the tab opens, but the game never comes up. It is just blank.

I'm assuming for Snow Wars?
Do you know if the other player is there or not and accepted?
Have you tried reloading the page once they accept?

No, I meant when you are talking to them in the private chat. The little box in the bottom right corner that says "Who's Online" and you click on the person and can talk to them. There is an option to play a game, but it does not work.

Oh.
I'm not really sure. The chat bar at the bottom is a 3rd party program installed into Sylestia called Comet Chat. I believe that the game part is independent and actually runs on their servers, not even ours.
So if they aren't working correctly, there's really nothing at all that I can do about it. I'm sorry. =\
