So I had a Cherry Nymph Lantern, and suddenly the number changed to a 0 in the top corner (quantity). Then it stayed like that, and then it become a pure white square. I couldn't sell it, but I could move it. Just no I put it in the trash bin and it finally went away.

So I was wondering what happended and how can I prevent items from doing that.

I'm guessing maybe it was left over in your Inventory, but you traded/sold it and it actually belonged to someone else... who eventually used it (causing it to go to 0) and then after the cleanup script ran it removed the item from the database (now a blank spot).

It's going to be hard to track down if this is the case because it will no longer belong to you. However, if you've left the blank spot in your Inventory still, I can look it up via your Inventory slots.

Is it still in your Inventory? If so, what Tab / Row / Column?

It is no longer in my inventory as I put it in the trash can icon.

At the time I threw it away it was in column four, row four.

It won't be recoverable if you've already trash can'd it. =\

Are you able to recall if you did indeed ever sell or trade that item away? Or... alternatively, did you receive it via a trade or buy it?

I'm 99% sure I bought it because it was a pack of two and I used one. It could've been possibly bought, but I took all my items down 1-3 days after posting them on the broker, but I don't remember receiving gold for it.

Which Cherry Nymph Lantern? There's 4 versions.

I'm not able to find any record of you buying or receiving that item, however, this data is not stored forever. So if this happened many months ago, it could have already been purged from the system.

The only thing I'm able to find is that on 12/20, you used this item to add to your Wardrobe.
