I bought 1,500 diamonds, they showed up immediately, everything was fine. However, about ten minutes later, I decided to purchase a further 3,500 diamonds. They haven't shown up yet, it's been 15 minutes. My credit card says the purchase went through, but it doesn't seem to have registered on the site. I figured it should take the same amount of time as the first purchase, why hasn't my second one shown up yet? D:

I see the transaction completing successfully and the data successfully parsed by the Site at 4:15pm.
I also see a sufficient amount of Diamonds on your account that would account for the transaction.

im having the same problem, and i spent 100 bucks! plz help!!!!! my dad would kill me, he let me use his credit card, and so i spent 100 bucks on his credit card! he would KILL me if he found out it didnt work!!!!!
EDIT: still not here :(

Sometimes paypal doesn't play well with the server. Krin receives notifications anytime there's a paypal transaction error and has to manually fix it~ give it some time and he'll have the diamonds to you. :)

Yes, unfortunately this is an issue that we've been having. You can read more about it here:

But as Imperium noted, I am alerted to my personal email address as soon as our server fails to process any PayPal transaction. It's just a matter of being awake and at a computer and I can then manually process the transaction for the player. =)
In the future, as the thread linked above suggests, you can use that method to always verify everything loaded correctly. But, if you think a transaction bugged, you can always directly send me a PM with your PayPal Email Address and I can let you know what's going on.
