How do you make a clickable picture?? I can do a normal one and a clickable link but not a clickable pic! plz help!

Create a link using the "URL=" button in the Forums.
Click in the space where you would normally write in your Link Text, click the IMG button instead to get your set of "IMG" codes.
Put the image code between the set of IMG tags.

Do you see the IMG and URL= buttons on the reply section? click those. Observe the gaps between the two sets of tags you'll be given. So, the IMG tags go in between the URL= tags. And the image code goes between the IMG tags.
