Could I buy some snowbuilding supplies with frost tokens?

I would like 50 Assorted Accessories, 20 Hat/scarves, 30 bundle of branches, and 110 small snowballs, or as close as you can get to those numbers if you don't have that many.

How many frost tokens would that be?
