How do you send diamonds to someone and make sure no one else gets them?

1. The diamond recipient (ie your friend) goes to the exchange (you can get there from Trade>Currency Exchange) and puts up an exchange: 1 gold for however many diamonds you'll give them.
2. The diamond giver (ie you) goes to the exchange, searches for Gold in the filter, and accepts the exchange your friend put up.
