First Sylesti I ran into in the Summer Event zone was a new one (at least I think so, because I couldn't see it), but I couldn't use my traps.

Edit: Just saw another Ligira. Once more I can't see the image of the Sylesti and I can't select my traps to catch it. I can attack it.

Edit 2: I can see the image on the map now and in battle and I can select traps now to catch it
